I am having trouble contacting buyer
I have sold an expensive item to a buyer and want to verify their address before spending a lot of money to ship this expensive item. The only means I have to contact them is through messaging and I have sent them several messages over the past few days but they are not responding. What can I do here?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. Buyers are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address up to date. Be sure to pay for Signature Required (since item is more than $750), and I also suggest paying for additional insurance in case package is lost or damaged.

Mentor3 weeks agoEbay will provide you with the buyers shipping address along with the notification of payment. No need for you to verify the address, as you are required to ship to the address Ebay provides.
