I am having trouble contacting a seller

Question

I am trying to contact a seller with questions about an item.

I click contact seller and instead of the field that open being clear and allowing me to type it contains a bunch of code that appears to be some kind of error message.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.

If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
