i am having difficulty in trying to resolve a problem . the seller has rejected my request to return
i am a senior citizen and they are giving me the roun around on my return they sent me a return label that has been used so the post office will not accept. i need a new label to send back. i have spoken to ebay authenticity and they told me they can help to no avail i am asking for help

Did the return label come from ebay or directly from the seller?
