I am having a problem bidding on items. When I press the bid button nothing happens

Are you using the App or are you logging in the classic way? If you are using the App try using your device's browser and login with your username and password. If you recently installed an update that could be causing the issue. I disabled automatic updates, and wait a week or so after being informed one is available, then search online for issues with it, before installing one.

Have you recently cleared your Temp internet files and cookie cache? If not doing that might help.

I use a computer, Win 10 with Firefox and haven't had a problem with bidding.
