I am going around in circles to change my email and cannot get it done.

Question

I know the 'how' to' but it's not working. Need to actually talk to someone for help, I need a phone # and all I get are same stuff NO person.

Open this Help page on Updating your personal information
Scan it for helpful tips, then at the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT at the bottom then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

I tried it and had to enter AGENT twice, clicked "Yes", then got 3 live agent options (Call us, request a call back, chat)
