I am getting the photo dont allow/allow message when I try and load photos to Ebay

Question

Hello,I cannot load photos from my iphone to ebay on my laptop any longer. When I try I get a don't allow/allow message and have to put my passcode in continually. Once I do that my phone just buffers. Is anyone else having this issue. I contacted ebay, went to Best By to talk to a tech, and I called Apple. I guess I need to call Apple back. If you did get through this please HELP!

Consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to enable notifications and to allow both photo and camera access.
