I am SO TIRED of eBay. I’m done. I’m done with eBay protecting scammers.
i placed an order over a month ago for an item and it was never shipped. I opened a case a week ago asking for a cancellation when it was obvious the seller would not ship. eBay made me wait a week for a response. THEN I GET THE ATTACHED EMAIL. Notice how the date has PASSED for when the item will arrive.
I’m so tired of eBay keeping my money locked up when it’s OBVIOUS the seller is not going to send anything! No label was printed, nothing!!!!
I AM DONE. There’s no way to talk to a human and this is the worst possible customer experience on the internet. I hope eBay ceases to exist.

OP1 year agoOh, and eBay REMOVED MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for the Seller.
now I have to wait another 3 days for “item has not arrived.â€
