I am currently unable to bid my account due to unpaid payment within 4 days
I am wrongly accused because since I learned how to use eBay, I have successfully paid $2000 for items. The last four orders that were cancelled due to my 4-day unpaid payment were innocent, and one of them was due to communication with the seller. As the amount was too large, I needed to delay payment by 1 day, and the seller agreed. But he cancelled the order the next day. The other two items had significant damage, but the seller did not respond to the email in a timely manner to address the issue. They cancelled the order after 4 days, resulting in me having an unpaid record. I believe I am innocent

·2 years agoYou can appeal the one where the seller promised you more time to appeal but cancelled before that additional time was up (most likely s/he had it set to automatically cancel after 4 days but forgot to add you to the exemption list). https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=4357
For the other excuse it sounds like your fault: You are bidding/buying the item AS DESCRIBED in the listing, not as you hope it will be and the seller is under absolutely no obligation to " respond to the email in a timely manner to address the issue" while you are very much under an obligation to pay within 4 days. The time for asking such questions and having them "addressed" to your satisfaction is before you bid/commit to buy, not after.
