I am below standard with cases not resolved!
I am a below standard with cases not resolved! I didn’t realize how important it was to close them it’s been 3 months of being below standard! I have had any new cases i am at a .80% when it needs to be .30 what do I do?

Mentor2 years agoWhen any buyer files a case you must take care of it. Accept the return, refund, whatever. If the buyer needs to Ask ebay to step in, that results in an unresolved transaction. Just 2 or 3 of those can cause you to be a below standard seller. You need to get more sales so the percentage of unresolved cases becomes a smaller percentage. When I was a below standard seller years ago, I listed items for $5 with free shipping to get my total sales up. It took several months, but I finally did it.

Mentor2 years ago@civilcoinman The only way to dig yourself out of the whole is to sell a lot of items as fast as possible.
When I lost my TRS rating because of a mistake I made I sold old DVD's on penny auctions. I didn't make any money, actually lost money on the sales but I got my rating back.
