I am being threatened to loose order and money
The seller who claimed that his location was in California and asked for a higher price than competitive sellers , in addition to a high shipping cost to deliver in 5-10 days , got me into his web for a simple reason : it was a present for my grand daughter birthday .
It was delivered a month later , there was no tracking available for a long time , I asked for a return , once he knew as ebay sent him the return form , the seller who claimed that his location was in California and asked for higher price than competition sent that and I quote ( you do realize that you have to ship it back to China , right ? ) , then followed by another message and I quote this too ( you are risking loosing the order and the money ) , Ebay can check my messages to see this .
I do not know about Ebay policies towards this kind of threats , and how real could it be if I return it and his threat comes to be real , which direction should i follow ? , advice needed please .
