I am Being Threatened by the Seller. How do I contact eBay?
Seller is threatening me over an item I purchased which arrived damaged. eBay made the decision on their own because the Seller did NOT respond to eBay.
eBay sent me a message saying they ruled in MY favor since the SELLER did NOT respond to them. "Refund issued in the amount of $xxxx. Case closed."
Within minutes of me receiving this email from eBay I received a threatening email from the Seller accusing me of "stealing" because I had not returned the broken item. I wasn't asked to return it, nor was I given a RETURN LABEL to return it.
SELLER is accusing me of receiving the RETURN LABEL, but NOT RETURNING the item, none of which is true. I just received another threatening email from the SELLER.
HOW do I contact eBay in order to forward these threatening emails from the SELLER to them and stop the emails? If I had been asked to return the item and sent a RETURN LABEL, I would have immediately returned the item as it is of no use to me. Thank you for your help..

This is a normal decision from eBay, when a seller doesn't respond.
Described here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/handling-return-requests?id=4115
Report the seller. Scroll down until you reach 'Report a seller'.

Your first choice can be: The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies

OP3 years agoThank you! I received an apology from the seller with a boat load of excuses as to why they immediately assumed what they did. I doubt they would have apologized if I hadn't reported them to ebay. I certainly won't do business with them in the future.
