I am being scammed and E-bay is practically handing my money to the scammer
I purchased a HVAC compressor, did not notice pick up only asked for the purchase to be reversed 20 seconds after paying and not seeing shipping options.

I was forced to go through with the purchase by E-bay. Fine, I arranged for a Logistics (Estes) company to pick up the compressor and ship it to my house.
The seller refused to cooperate with me, no pickup address or contact phone number would be given despite being asked for it 4X.
Then the seller gave me a bogus address 20 miles from where the listing stated it was, as well as informed me the item I purchased was sold to someone else and they would substitute a similar item. Somehow this is all fine with E-bay.
I tried to cancel the order with ebay stating the seller was uncooperative, and had sold my item to someone else and was offering a like item, then I went to paypal and filed a dispute there.
Ebay closed my claim because I went to Paypal.
Paypal also denied my claim saying it did not fall under their buyer protection policy.
I went back to Ebay and they will not open the case back up because I went to Paypal.
I now stuck here out $3,600+ and neither entity will do a thing.
Any suggestions?
