I am asking for help dating this Chinese vase and possible worth.

Question

A man who bought some of our other Chinese items said we could buy a house with it. He said it is very expensive, but did not give a value. We are very interested in more information. .
This vase with hand painted War Scenes, with Dog and Rat Handles. This measures 17 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches diameter. This is a multicolor vase and is in excellent condition.
We thank you for your information and response. We have enclosed photos.
