I am apping my un paid accounts
You can ask anyone I always pay and if not on time I let them known I think this 2 canceled items is crazy if you look I reopened the deal and paid so I should not be penalty against me

Mentor3 years agoAre you saying you have two unpaid strikes on your account? If so, you can only get those if someone you bought from on Ebay wasn't paid within 4 days of your purchase and they filed a cancellation on the transaction using the reason as buyer didn't pay. If you had paid, the seller would not have been able to file the cancellations for a non paying reason.
As a buyer you can't "reopen" a transaction that has been cancelled for non payment. You will need to explain that a bit more.
