I am an individual seller on ebay. Ebay is filing sales taxes. Do I still have to file sales tax?

Some states might require eBay sellers to at least report how many dollars in sales tax were collected on their eBay sales to people within their own states.
For example, this forum has seen several questions from Missouri sellers about how they can show that eBay collected and remitted all appropriate Missouri sales taxes.
For the best, legally accurate answer, you should contact a tax advisor who is familiar with your state's sales tax laws.

That is done for you and all sellers, so no need to do it. You still need to file your taxes and include eBay sales as income. Less your expenses of course.
