I am a seller that did my first return and I messed up by already giving them refund
I am a seller and I did my first return and I did not follow the steps correctly so I refunded him first without sending him a label so I could get my item back and now the item return says that it’s closed out so I don’t know what I can do
I am not sure how to send the buyer a return label. I bought two of them on accident.

Since you already refunded, which closes the buyer's return request, you can no longer send a return shipping label through Ebay.
The buyer is not required to return the item after they have been refunded.
