I am a seller. I sent a package with label that ebay provided the address. It was returned to me t
to me today as no such number. Not sure how to handle this.

You can refund the buyer for the item price (not including shipping if it was stated as a separate fee). You'll find the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your orders list.
Let the buyer know the package was returned to you and you have refunded and relisted. If he is interested in repurchasing, remind him to review the address at checkout and make changes if needed before completing payment. He can permanently update his address (and mark it primary) here:
