I am a fairly new seller and I sold an item and am paying for shi. I hit the wrong shipping option
Ivan I change the shipping after the buyer paid, as I hit the wrong shipping. If I can’t, can I ship from the post office and not purchase the shipping label from eBay

Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.
