I am a buyer and the seller hasn't received my shipping information from eBay.
My order is being delayed by eBay itself for some reason. I have paid for the item, and I have been in contact with the seller, he hasn't received my address to ship my item to me. It's been about 12 hours now since I paid. What can I do?
