I accidently put WRONG SHIP TO address
My assistant didnt' read the "Ship To" address and now my order is going
to Florida instead of Ohio.
Seller is non communicator, or possibly non english speaker...
WHO can change the shippling address?
It is not likely Im the only one to make this mistake.

Mentor3 years agoEvery answer you received was correct, yet you insult those who helped. There is a certain way sellers have to do things because of eBay's rules. It is up to the buyer to provide the correct address and to provide a safe place for the item to be delivered.

-If you sent a message to the Seller with a different address they are under no obligation to ship to it because they will lose their Seller protection, eBay's rule not the Seller's.
-As others mentioned, you have to ask the Seller to cancel the transaction so you can update the address when you purchase. Keep in mind the Seller does not have to cancel for you.
-No, you are not the only customer who has made this mistake.
-If you know someone at the other address advise them a package might be delivered there, you can then pay them to forward it to you.

You have to ask the seller to cancel the order, but they are not required to or respond to messages.

·3 years agokensgiftshop is right. When this happens again, you have to ask the seller to cancel and relist.
