I accidently printed two labels for the same shipment, eBay will not let me cancel. What can I do ?
I was charged each time for the same label.

Mentor9 months agoIf they have the same tracking number, it is impossible that you were charged twice.

Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.

OP9 months agoIt would not allow me to void the label. Contacted eBay and they will review and give me results in a week or two. Thanks for your reply!

Mentor9 months ago@dr..sid Sorry, I didn't look at your listings earlier. Unfortunately you can NOT void the eBay Standard Envelope labels so don't expect a refund.
You also can not void a label if it has already been scanned.
Canceling a shipping label
You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
eBay standard envelope labels can't be canceled once they have been printed. For more details, please see the eBay standard envelope terms and conditions.
Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
If your QR code has been scanned at a participating drop-off point to print your shipping label, the label is considered used and can't be canceled.
