I accidentally selected refund on an item I never received.
I accidentally selected refund on an item I never received. I can't find a way to fix it so I can get my money back for an item that was never mailed. It said a tracking number was added to the order but a week after purchase it still hadn't been mailed. I messaged the seller about it and got no response. I then attempted to get my money back for the item but clicked the return refund instead of the never received refund. I can't mail back something I never received. Can't get ahold of anyone from ebay to fix it. The customer service phone number won't take me to a human.

Mentor2 years ago@krizu_48 The only thing you can do now is file a not received refund request with PayPal or a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
