Your follow up explained it well. You did just fine.

Mentor3 years agoYou can get a feedback revision form to fix a positively worded FB from a negative, but the seller has to request it from the buyer and the buyer must comply. Myself, I would be worried about people being able to edit FB.

OP3 years agoThank you. About 20 years ago, someone I knew received negative feedback with an excellent review. The person leaving the review either accidentally hit negative instead of positive, or perhaps thought "negative" was a good thing like on a medical test (negative for... Meaning does not have that illness). No revisions could be made at that that time. Fast forward to today, I am surprised with far surpassed technology that one could not edit as a buyer or seller.
