I accidentally closed a return request

I accidentally closed a return request that I thought was a duplicate. It closed the original request. I cant find a ways to reverse it and cant find a phone number for Ebay to speak to a live person.

@sunserger319 I am sorry but a return request can not be reopened nor can you open a new one for the same item. An eBay agent also can not open the request back up for you.

Your only option if the item is significantly not as described is to file a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
