I accidentally canceled my request for ebay to step in and help with an item that has not arrived.
I paid $42 for a shirt that I haven’t received and Ebay will not help me with it since I accidentally canceled the request when I was trying to check on the status. How do I contact Ebay and talk to a live person about this matter it’s been over a month now and nobody will help me I would like my money back for the shirt. I did not receive

At this point, the best thing would be to contact paypal or your credit card.
