I accidentally accepted a refund request
A buyer bought one of my listings, and asked for a refund, saying that if I didn't accept hed destroy my business. I refused, because the buyer is a scammer. I then accidentally pressed the accept the refund button. What should I do now? I don't want to accept his refund, but I accidentally did. Please help

You've kind of shot yourself in the foot, haven't you. What you do now is wait for the item to arrive. Maybe the buyer won't get around to returning it. When/If you do receive it, you complete the refund, because if you don't, eBay will. If the buyer has to ask eBay to step in, eBay will refund the seller – using your money, of course – and give your account a Defect.

Mentor2 years agoWhat reason did the seller give for wanting to return the item? If s/he selected Not as Described, you have to accept the return and pay for the return shipping label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer. Your No Returns is only for buyer's remorse: changed mind, didn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For any of those reasons, you can decline the return. If the buyer selected one of those remorse reasons and you accepted the retuurn, the buyer pays for the return shipping label.
