I accepted an offer for an item I'm selling. Buyer did not pay.

I listed a baseball card for $1200. User bacckers offered $1000, to which I accepted. Payment did not complete. Is he obligated to pay? do I have means to give a review, if no sale was completed?

Mentor8 months agoThe buyer has 4 days to pay. If no payment, on day 5 you can file an Unpaid Item Dispute on the buyer.
