I accepted an offer but when I asked to send an invoice it comes up "something went wrong" ?

There should be no need to send an invoice. Sending invoices is usually only necessary when you are combining purchases with a discount. All the buyer has to do is click the Pay Now button from the accepted offer notification or his Purchase History.
