I accept returns. Am i supposed to return the money that they paid for shipping too?
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to return what they paid for shipping or just what they paid for the item

Mentor2 years ago@ilovejesus365 It depends on the reason for the return. If the buyer filed a Not As Described return request then you refund the whole amount AND pay return shipping.
If they filed a return request for a remorse reason then the buyer pays return shipping as your listings state AND you can withhold the original shipping amount as long as the item was not listed with Free Shipping.
If the buyer abuses the eBay MBG in some way then you can report them but it doesn't get your money back:

Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
