Hi all, I’m buyer, and didn’t receive order, so open case. Seller promised to ship and I closed case. But seller didn’t ship as promised. I couldn’t reopen case again accordingly eBay rules. What to do in this case. How I can get refund? Pls advise.

Mentor4 months ago@vallaz60 Sorry that the bad seller tricked you. Never close a case until you have the item or a full refund. Ask eBay to step in and help before the case times out at 21 days.
Your only option now is a charge back with your payment method. The seller will receive a much deserved $20 chargeback fee in addition to having to refund you.
