Hello I have a 2 year warranty on an item I purchased and the buyer is telling me they're not honoring it. These earbuds literally have been used 3 times before I realized the left earbud is malfunctioning and doesn't hold a charge longer than 1 minute.

I purchased these in November but I don't run outside until the spring time. They came with a 2 year warranty what's the problem with the seller and who do I contact at eBay to advocate for me?

Unfortunately, eBay does not enforce seller extended warranties. The eBay guarantee is for 30 days after receipt.

You may still be able to open a dispute through your credit card issuer. Call them and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item.
