i accidently bought multiple shipping labels for same purchase, and I need to get refunded for it because it took out the money. I have the buyer paying their shipping, but obviously I still get charged and I can't figure out how to refund.??

If you purchased multiple labels with different tracking numbers and some of those labels will not be used, you would have up to 28 days to cancel the unused labels. If you go to your Shipping Labels page, select the unused labels and cancel.
Once you cancel, you should see your refund in approximately 21 days.
This process only works if you bought multiple labels with different tracking numbers.
