I am the seller. I sent a package out and FedEx tried to deliver the package four times to the buyer. FedEx required a signature for delivery because the value was over $500. Because the package couldn’t be delivered, fedex sent it back to me. I need to resend the package, however, I don’t think that I should have to pay for $140 in shipping all over again because the customer wasn’t available for delivery. Any suggestions?

Mentor9 months ago@homemeansnevada I would refund the item price only less all shipping costs. Then you can relist the item and let the buyer know that if they wish to purchase item again that a signature on delivery is required.
OR you can block the buyer from purchasing from you again. Block Buyer>
