I’ve changed my address
I’ve changed my address on my account but sellers are still sending my items to the old address Because they say that’s what they see.

Be sure you update ALL of your addresses here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Then you can delete any you don't use.
When you make a purchase and go through checkout, eBay shows you the ship-to address for your review. You should ALWAYS check this address and use the Change link to edit/select another address if needed before you complete checkout to make your payment.
