I’ve been scammed
I’ve been scammed & the item I purchased does not show in my purchase history EBay does not let me file a claim on this item I order because they say it does not show in my purchase history but I’ve got the online receipt sent to my email. I’ve been trying to contact the seller for 5 days now & no response it also shows on his “Store†that he has no more items he’s a scammer & eBay customer service doesn’t work I can’t even email an agent someone please help. The item I purchased says I can get money back guaranteed

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchased using a different eBay account you will need to sign out of this eBay account and sign in to your other account to deal with the return.
If you think you may have purchased as a guest, you should have received an email from eBay with the details. If not, see here:

If you did not purchase using a different account or as a guest, it is possible that the listing was removed by eBay for a policy violation.

If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.

OP2 years agoYeah this is exactly what happened, after I made the purchase the next day the item was removed & the seller told me he was going to ship it left me confused because it doesn’t show in my purchase history

OP2 years agoAlso I just tried the last steps it says I’ve made no recent purchases this is what is messing everything up I purchased it but it’s been removed & it doesn’t show in my purchase history @ I did not use a guest account

Mentor2 years agoYou should be able to contact eBay and get a refund if the listing has been removed.

If you are ultimately unable to get refunded by eBay, you should be able to get a refund through your payment method, but try eBay first.
