Ebay does not handle car sales from ads that are found on other websites.

The car has to be listed for sale ON EBAY for it to be legitimate.

Did the "seller" say they would ship the car for free for an inspection period and you could return it for free?

Did they say they are in the military and being deployed or that someone died and the car brings bad memories?

You are being scammed by a criminal trying to steal your money.
