I’m trying to return an item I bought.
I can’t access the shipping label in the email I was sent. I bought the item as a guest. I keep getting a technical error when attempting to access the link. The automated assistant doesn’t help and there is no one to talk to. The chat says they will call you but that never happens either.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account; you must first sign out of your eBay account completely before using the link in the guest order email.
