I’m having trouble getting a refund for my payment.
Although eBay shows that my payment has been refunded, the amount has not been refunded by my credit card company.
I must admit I don’t know what else to do, as I’ve already sent all the refund receipts to my credit card company, but they still haven’t refunded me. Attached are photos of the eBay refund receipts and my credit card statement.
