I used to look at feedback if a question or issue arose. Now in situation where buyer was completely nasty after I had made an error in what shipped and I offered refund. Her feedback looks spotlessâ€¦ but sure since one canâ€™t be honest about what goes on. There is no reason for a buyer to be understanding and nice.
