I’m being scammed and I can’t get help!
I’ve tried contacting eBay multiple times concerning my package. I talked to an agent that assured me there will be an investigation! On Friday January 16, 2026 received an email saying my package had arrived on Wednesday January 14, 2026 and that the investigation was complete! No package was ever sent to my address. I took a step further and called UPS and spoke to an agent, gave her the tracking number that was provided and she told me the package was not sent to my address and the name on the package was a Ken Vreslow! She also explained that was the reason I could see the picture when the package arrived because it didn’t match my info! So I do not understand what type of investigation took place! If my name wasn’t on the package and the address from the picture didn’t match the address I put with the order what was being investigated! UPS had me on a recorded line so why didn’t eBay check we UPS about the package!
Something that was supposed to be an easy project has turned into a nightmare! I need help! This isn’t right at all

Mentor8 months agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package.

OP8 months agoI called UPS and gave the agent the tracking number. She said she couldn’t share the address but she was able to give me the name on the package that corresponds with the tracking number that was given. She said the person that sent the package would have the address and the picture. She said all she was able to provide me was the name that wasn’t my name.
Do you think I should try a UPS location in person?

Mentor8 months agoYes, go down to a UPS location in person. Have them write down whatever information they are able to give you onto their UPS letterhead and send a copy of that to ebay when you file the appeal.
