I’m being Scammed
I’ve tried contacting eBay multiple times concerning my package. I talked to an agent that assured me there will be an investigation! On Friday January 16, 2026 received an email saying my package had arrived on Wednesday January 14, 2026 and that the investigation was complete! No package was ever sent to my address. I took a step further and called UPS and spoke to an agent, gave her the tracking number that was provided and she told me the package was not sent to my address and the name on the package was a Ken Vreslow! She also explained that was the reason I could see the picture when the package arrived because it didn’t match my info! So I do not understand what type of investigation took place! If my name wasn’t on the package and the address from the picture didn’t match the address I put with the order what was being investigated! UPS had me on a recorded line so why didn’t eBay check we UPS about the package!
Something that was supposed to be an easy project has turned into a nightmare! I need help! This isn’t right at all

Mentor8 months agoYou have to understand how the system works when if comes to proving delivery of an item. eBay relies on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If the tracking shows the package as delivered then it is considered as delivered and any case for an item not received will go in the sellers favor.
If you are a victim of the false tracking scam you need to have a letter (not an email) from the shipping carrier that verifies that the address on the shipping label was not your address along with the weight of the package claimed by the seller. You then appeal the decision using the letter from the shipping carrier. eBay will then rule in your favor and fully refund you.
