Hybrid battery
I bought a hybrid battery for my 2007 Prius from eBay motors. They shipped it the first week of September. After installation, the battery turned out to be defective. Seller said they would make it good. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for them to provide a replacement. They assure me they are assembling it and will ship soon. They will not give me a date. I’ve had several conversations with them by phone and email the past two weeks. Each time they give me the runaround. They even sent instructions to my mechanic on how he could fix their defective battery. We said, “No thanks. I want another battery.†Still waiting. Any suggestions?
