Hung out to dry with no help from Ebay on open case
I have an open case file on an undelivered item since the end of April. I can't find a way to call & talk to someone , all I get is ran in a circle with AI & no answers. I was talking to seller about refund & they supposedly couldn't Ebay to step in & help resolve problems they've created with their AI. Is there still a way to contact Ebay with a phone number & talk to representive.

Mentor1 week agoSorry, but Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from estimated date of delivery. If you did not ask Ebay to step in to help you, the case should be closed by now. A customer service won't be able to help you.
You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to inquire about disputing the charge.
