Hummingbird nest listing

Question

I followed the examples of 2 previous listings of humming bird nests that sold, including category. My listing was removed by EBay because I didn't follow the Animal Products policy because "Products from endangered or protected species are not allowed". Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Items made from the following animal and wildlife products are not allowed:

Migratory birds and their feathers

If eBay allowed nests to be sold, people would dump the eggs out and sell the nests, thus interfering with the population.

Even though you may see other listings, it does not mean the item is allowed.

The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Only most of these will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, AND they get a warning on their account. OR their account will be closed.

I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings, but trust me, they nearly all get caught.

Even Sold listings get pulled and the sellers get a policy violation.

I know this is not the answer you want. I would find another place to sell your item.
