Human help?!
Anybody know if there's a way I can get actual HUMAN HELP?? The shipping was supposed to be paid for by the customer but somehow got transfered to me...

Mentor4 months agoWhen you have the buyer pay the shipping charge the amount is collected from the buyer at check out and it will be part of your payout unless you used the funds to pay for the shipping label. Buyers cannot actually purchase the label so you are the one to actually purchase the label using the funds the buyer has paid.
