HTH can I reach a human being who works for ebay to help me???
I tried to auto agent and cannot reach a human because my situation is too complicated. How can I reach a human? tips or tricks??

OP3 years agoYeah I tried that but it took me in circles with an auto agent and I could not connect.

Interesting because when I click on that link I posted, I see the option "Have us call you".

What options you see when using the chat assistant may depend on your particular issue. You should be able to enter "agent" into the chat window, answer a few basic questions with relevant keywords and get an option to get a call back if your issue cannot be solved by other means.
If you see "Still need help?" or "More options", choose either of those.
