HS Tariff Code
I'm shipping a pouring spout (for on a KitchenAid machine) to an APO address At the bottom of the page it has a black box for a 6 digit HS tariff code. Do I have to fill that in? I've looked the the overwhelming list of codes and not sure which one to pick. It it made of 'food-grade plastic' which i did not see specifically listed; if I do have to fill that in and pick the wrong code, what happens then? Please help
