To Whom May I Concern:
How I get the refund back for the eBay gift card that has been hacked or damaged? every time I purchased the eBay gift cards is no good and something wrong with that. When I return to the Store where I purchased and the Manger says I need to contact the eBay's and I end up wasting my money and I have been paying more than $200. each times and I have not purchased for three month because it has been no good and I end up wasted my money $400. to $600. more and how I get the refund back for that? Could you please help me on this situations. I contacted local Police and they said I should contact you and I should get refund back.
Please let know about this situations.
