How would a buyer contact eBay to get funds released

Question

I am a new seller on eBay and my buyer is happy with his purchase, and would like the funds to be released. Is there anyway to have them released sooner than 30 days? Like can they contact eBay and tell them they are happy with their purchase?

The buyer has no say in when your funds will be released. The timing of payouts are up to Ebay. Since you are a new seller, you will be subject to payment holds.

"New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer"
