How? Turn off / disable expedited payouts (or Express payout fee)? Crooks... with automated payouts.
I never turned this feature on, Express payout fee, but I sold something silly, like a $2 profit item and I was charged $2 fee to "expedite" the payout... my payouts are automated to dispense daily or weekly and somehow I got beat up. I never initiated this charge.
I suspect this was enabled by default by eBay to attack my profits and beat up the little man because they are using prey tactics.
